GBA Landscaping LLC operates out of Norwich, CT 06360 and services towns within a 20-mile radius, including but not limited to Montville, Franklin, Bozrah, Colchester, and surrounding areas.

Final pricing will be provided before any work begins.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee.
4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection actions.
5. Service Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service and we will address the issue.

Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or customer interference is not covered under our guarantee.
6. Property Access

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property on the scheduled service date.

GBA Landscaping LLC is not liable for delays caused by locked gates, pets, or obstructed work areas.
7. Liability

GBA Landscaping LLC is fully insured.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or objects not clearly marked or disclosed by the property owner.
8. Intellectual Property
